Ok this is something I have delt with for a long time. So long that my brothers where picking on me when I was 15 and I'm now 31.
My chest is the worst part of my whole body. I can deal with a larger gut. Now my pecks do have a small build to them however I have fat under my nibbles giving them a odd look look. Needless to say my brother would tell me to wear a bra. Now I would think this was simple fatty tissue however back in those days I had very little fat at all. I had a 28 inch waist and real boney.
will this go away with upper body work out or do I need to do workouts targeting the pecks?
You need to lose body fat. Thats it. The chest is a very common place for males to store fat. It is usually one of the first place to gain and the last place to lose.
Ok just what I needed to know. Thanks for the info. I will just keep working out and start eating right. Good thing I got a biggest loser game going in the office. More motiviation for me.
