Hey everyone, im looking to getting back into shape and toning up in my chest and abs area particularly.. can anyone of you help with ideas of workouts that hit these 2 areas.. something that hits them hard and im gonna feel it good! thanx
Well one of the best mass gaining exercises for the chest is the benchpress :) For abs I guess you can do normal crunches, and leg raises?
But remember to get a nice sixpack, crunches and leg raises won't help. Remember everyone got a sixpack, but it's just hidden underneath the layer of fat.
So to get that nice sixpack simply burn away that layer of fat.
