You want to train more than just chest and tris. There are alot of routines out, including what FT has to offer. Here is a sample push/pull routine for you:
Mon: Chest/shoulders/tris
Bench press 3 sets
Military Press 3 sets
Dumbbell press 3 sets
Pec Deck/butterflys 3 sets
Front and side lateral raises for shoulders
Tues: Back/Traps/lats/bis
Upper row 3 sets
middle row 3 sets
lower row 3 sets
lat pull downs 3 sets
shrugs 3 sets
Weds: Legs
Squats 4 sets
Deadlifts 4 sets
calf raises 4 sets
Thurs: light cardio
Friday: Arms if they aren't too sore.
Seated Tricep extensions 3sets
Preacher Curls 3sets
Lying tricep extensions 3sets
dumbell curls 3sets
and if I want to blast them occasionally I'll mix in cable extensions, and curls. 3sets each
Sat and Sun Cardio.
I hope this helps and welcome to ft.

what are the best excerises for building cest mass and strenth

From my experience it has been with:
butterflies, dumbbell presses, and bench press
You can try to mix up your routine and see if incline, flat or decline helps you more. also try adjusting your reps, rest time, and supersets to dial up the intensity. Last but certainly not least look at your nutrition.

Benchpress,Inclines, dips all compound excercises-----But with the weight you are using on the bench concentrate on that until you can bench 300 and you will have all the mass you need.
you would benifit from this type of routine
squats 10-8-6-4
stiffleg deadlifts 10-8-6-4
benchpress 10-8-6-4
bentover rows 10-8-6-4
military press 10-8-6-4
dips 2sets 5-8 reps
barbell curls 2sets 7-10reps
do this twice a week
when you are squating 2xbodyweight,1.5xbodyweight,military pressing your bodyweight, and dipping with 100lbs you will have all the mass you need.

i guess ANY exercise could build u mass as long as it hits the major muscles, you lift very heavy with fewer reps and do it no more than twice a week..and of course consume a lot of protein.
