I am 55 years old, way out of shape, but trying to get back into shape. I joined a Gym on 1/5/03 and am doing the exercises the personal trainer told me to do (I got two free training sessions) for my chest area. What I want to achieve in that area is to "raise" my breasts. What would be a good exercise for this?

Definitely Pull Overs. A genius exercise to "raise" your breasts......
Good luck!

The nautilus super pulloever machine at my gym has a muscle map that shows that it targets the back muscles. Are we talking about the same thing?

Forget the machines and grap a dumbbell. Lie on your back and take the dumbbell in your hand, arms almost straight and now let the db "fall" behind your head.
Lol yes I know, I'm baaad at written explanations!! Go to the exercise description in here and you'll see the exercise.

vigi, above it does state that the pullovers will raise your breast, not make them bigger.
