Hi:
I am in a good shape, I run and left moderately. I have developed a bigger than average muscled chest .
Is other any exercises to reduce the size ?

I imagine that if you work with a little less weight for your chest and a little more with your shoulders, back, etc that eventually it will all become proportionate...
