I have developed some good size in my chest muscle. However I am at a stand point I can't seem to shake that little extra fat in the chest. The upper chest is filling in nice but the lower chest seems to be retaining fat. I would like to loose this fat somehow.
any suggestions

Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce. You can, however, lose overall bodyfat which will help make your chest look fuller.

im getting the same problem, i currently have a sort-of-six pack. at the top it is very strong and is very visible, my middle two parts are the widest of the 'pack, but do not stick out quite as much as the top two. and the bottom ones are only just visible. are there any specific techneques i can use to focus on the bottom parts of my six pack?

thanks.

thanks again yogiponappa, once again you have greatly helped me. although i doubt if i need body fat reduction as i am only 110lbs. lol. is it normal for my chest to have a slight flabby bit just over the muscle. it might just be my skin, but it feels thicker than that.
