About a year ago I injured my chest doing dips. It was the first time I ever tried dips and I havent done them since. I figured like most pains i get it would go away in a short time, but here i am a year later, and it still hurts from time to time. Ive been benching since then and it doesnt seem to effect my bench at all. For a while it was nearly gone, I would stretch my chest and it would pop and it would be gone, now i stretch my chest and it just hurts more. Im going to try and describe where it is. It is only on my right side, and its very close to the middle of my chest, where the big dent is that seperates your pecs.
