hi i m 25 working out since 17 had really athletic body with really good muscles, since past 18 months or so i m out of gym and whole body is gone out of shape which is obvious but my concern is my chest i never had a big chest but the shape was pretty good but now its turning funny and becoming a bit pointed. just wanna know is this normal and any particular workout to get rid of that point which is really concerning me a lot and get back to shape

Your body is losing its muscle most likely and storing more fat. Even if you don't get back into the gym you need to get your eating in check, get some exercise as well to keep the fat stores down.

I agree with ecle. After u left the gym your body fat has increased. People develop fat around diff areas, few get heavy around the buttocks region while others near waist or chest. You have to concentrate on your diet, now tht u r not burning much calories you have to be cautious abt wht u eat.

john 18 months without a workout is not good,even if you dident have the time you should have done aleast one set of bench presses or pushups to keep your muscles from deflating,if I was you I would do a couple sets of pushups every other day try 2 sets of 12 to 15 reps or more.
