I've just gotten some dumbells to vary my work out. I can already tell a difference i my shoulders. I've got a question though. After working my chest I am getting really sore. It isn't injury soreness just work soreness. I figure that I am just working more intensely and differently than was with just free weight bar. Is the soreness a good sign that I am breaking down muscle fiber? Does it indicate I need to increase anything in my diet?
