I was wondering if it is okay to workout my chest twice a week. Here is my current chest routine:
Incline bench press - 4 sets 10,8,6,4
Flat bench press - 4 sets 10,8,6,4
Dips - 3 sets until failure
incline dumbell flyes 3 sets 6-8 reps
Dumbell pullovers 3 sets 8-10 reps
Is it okay to do this workout twice a week? Or can I hit chest twice a week but with one of my workouts being lower volume?
Thanks.

How long have you been working out?

I've been working out since September.

It's ok to workout chest twice a week. It's not going to kill you but however there's a good possibility of overtraining which is something that you really don't want to get in the habit of. Sometimes the most overlooked course of action for maximum body growth is rest.

Bada Bing. I just asked how long because if you're new to working out the FT workouts are excellent. Again ageis is right in. You grow when you rest, not while working out.
