How many exercises should one go for to put on more mass to the chest area?

My present schedule is as follows:

4 sets of dumbell incline presses
3 sets of barbell flat
3 sets of dumbell flyes incline
3 sets of pullovers
3 sets on the Peck Deck

I am also thinking of adding in flat dumbell flyes and on odd occasions doing barbell incline.

The last set is always a stagger set where i rep out as many reps as i can.
I really want to see my chest size improve especially as my arms (17 1/4 inches) seem out of proportion - any ideas guys?

I have to wonder if this is overtraining for your chest... i'm not totally sure.. maybe you should switch to just one workout for each area, like just incline presses and barbell flat.. and add in some declines to round out the bottom of your chest...

Do flyes first, then your presses, then finish off with more flyes. Rotate dumbbells and barbell every other week so that you can keep your body from adapting to your routines.

Why don't you could sign up for an ft mass program that targets the chest?

i'd say anything more than 12 sets for a bodypart is gross overtraining.

Just choose 3-4 different exercise for the same muscle group and do 3-4 sets of each. That's enough.
Now cycle the different kind of exercise from week to week.

If you really want to see your chest improve then do this. Right now you are doing no good since you are doing way too much. Concentrate of doing less exercises and do them heavier and better. Good luck.

Thanks guys, i know by doing less reps and going heavier will help me build mass more quickly then doing more reps and less weight. As to the number of exercises i do, i think i will have to rotate a few so every other week i either work with dumbells or barbells.

What about if i work my chest on Monday and then have more lighter (less exercises) on Friday would that help?? So for the chest exercises i missed out on Monday i'll do on Friday.
