hello. I have just recently signed up and am trying the gaining muscle mass program. I checked off the box for emphasis on chest mass. I have found that in the past I get better results if I hit the muscle group twice a week. I guess my worrry is that it seems that from the first two weeks in my schedule that there is only one chest day per week and I am worried that I will not get the results I am looking for. Just wondering if the chest workouts will get bigger as the program goes on or if they will stay the same. It would be great if someone had the time to reply. Thanks alot!
Colin
If you train each muscle group hard enough you really only need to do them once a week.
I typically take one muscle group and do it twice in a week (once at the beginning and once at the end), and then in the following week rotate with another muscle group twice that week. I found that worked very well.
I also do two seperate muscles per day, usually the ones that compliment the other; ei: Back and Bi, Pec and Tri.
