You might try www.dietfacts.com They have a lot of the restaurants listed and you can at least get the basics on your food item. Then if you can find something close on this site for your nutrition plan you can add CHO, Fat, and Protien supps to make up the difference.

Thanks guys for all the help with that! Unfortunately, it turned out to be the chick fil a was the beginning of my demise yesterday. Yeah so I had the sandwich at 9 that morning(which I was so proud of cause it was grilled and all) and then couldn't eat anything the rest of the day til about 930 at night and was totally fammished. So I ate just about everything else:surprised: I feel so bad. The first day was super and the second was awful! I just couldnt stop. I about 5x my fat intake and the rest is history. Odd thing is I just barely met protein and carbs even with all of that? Not to mention the whole really bad school test grade, just didn't help my self image. I do mean bad grade! Plus I have tried to go work out, but day two and still no exercise! I still have five days and after changing my schedule to a 3 day regime I know I can make it up, so Im totally stoked! But now coworkers are taking adim staff out to eat for secrataries day to a resteraunt Ive never been to and I have no idea how this will go. I will be sure to post after lunch! Please help!:( Thanks Sosaia*

It's alright you will get there. However, your going to have to try to change a couple of things. If I had to guess you have only eaten two meals a day for sometime. Your body is use to it, and that is how it expects things to happen. It is going to take some time to change that behaviour, but the first thing you can do is write down everthing you eat (your doing that it sounds like so good). Next schedule your meals for a while. Tell yourself your going to eat breakfast when you get up, lunch at 11, a snack at 3, dinner at 6, and a snack at 9, or what works for you. Than try to stick to it. After awhile your body will remember your schedule and remind you when you should be hungry. If you do have cravings don't completely get rid of those foods, but eat them sparingly and as a special event. If you ban them altogether, you may find that you crave them even more. You will get there, just keep trying. Heaven knows I am (still trying that is). :)
