Oh yeah... I call those HOBO's ... everyone I've ever made them for absolutely loved them.
I just take a piece of tin foil, spray some pam on it and put in a meat (chicken, venison, hamburgers or steak, whatever you want), potatoes, carrots, onion, bell peppers and whatever you want for spieces or fresh herbs. Then just close the foil up and put it on the grill 'till you really start smelling it good and it's usually done at that point. Make sure to put your meat and potatoes on the bottom because they take longer to cook than the veggies.
Sometimes I serve it with corn on the cob that's been put on the grill in the husks 'till the husks are black ...
It's awesome. Have relatives asking when they're coming to visit again so they can have Hobos. LOL :)
Super easy to make and good on the calories etc too.
