hi people i'm new to this site and would appreciate some advice.The chins between chairs confuses me some what has anybody any ideas how to do them?every other exercise is great but this one i've no ideas so i would like all the help i can get.
There should be a description link on the exercise page... but pretty much you take two chairs and set them side by side with a foot or two of space between them... then you take a stick (a broomstick will work) and put that accross the chairs on the cushion.. then lay down under the stick between the chairs and pull yourself up from a completely flat position to as close to the stick as you can get....
