You should click the description button by the exercise and there will be good pictures and a description of each exercise.. the chins between chairs uses a stick where you lay down under it and pull on the stick to lift your upper body towards the stick.. and the can curls are just like regular curls but you hold a can in your hand to squeeze a the top of the movement.. I don't remember if these are exactly right as its been forever since I did the home training thing...
