In Sep, I attended the Coronary Health Improvement Project, which altered the way I look at food and health. Since then, I have dropped about 18# (my wife 14#), cut my cholesterol and triglycerides by 1/3, eliminated hemorrhoids and constipation, and have more energy despite having eliminated energy drinks. I now weigh what I did when I was in my 20's, yet have more muscle definition. I would recommend this to anyone. It's a lifestyle changer!
