Do you guys frequent or have a CHIPOTLE GRILL near you? This place is awesome. Freshly prepared ingredients await you at an "assembly-line" counter. You simply tell the preparer what goodies to add to your burrito or tacos... you can even skip the tortilla and have the ingredients put into a disposable bowl.
Now this is my main staple during the week, since it is in the same parking lot of my Bally's Gym! Here is my usual order: Nutritional Experts tell me what you think!
I order the FAJITA BURITTO, this consists of:
Large thin flower tortilla.
Steamed white rice spiced with lime and fresh cilantro.
Fajita veggies (red onion and green bell peppers sauted in Soy Oil.)
Black Beans, sliced for flavor.
Spicey White Chicken breast, chopped.
Hot Salsa mixed with Mild Salsa for added kick!
Fresh chopped lettuce.
Shreaded Vegetarian cheese.
....then I have them add a little sour cream.
For a drink I have a several cups of ice water with fresh lemon.
I can eat these everyday. I figure if I drop the sour cream... that would be a bonus! Other than that I think it a well rounded meal... actually two meals in one because it so BIG, I can barely eat one at a single seating.
The CHIPOTLE website doesn't list a nutritional chart and I have emailed them asking why. They say since there are sooo many variations of how they prepare their foods it would be nearly impossible... they also say the portions are not precisely measured, which is true since some days I will get a larger spoonful of portions depending on the server or customer loads.
I just turned 40 and weigh in at 207lbs and am 6'1" tall. I am beginning a new freetrainer.com workout on Monday... and am hoping to drop my flabby belly and midsection while building a more muscular frame! So eating right is a huge key for my goals!
So I would be truly interested in what you think... or even your personal experiences at CHIPOTLE GRILL.
Thanks!

Here maybe this will help with your responses.
I did some searching and came across www.dietfacts.com , which listed each ingredient's nutritional data for the CHIPOTLE resturant.
The nutritional value of the burrito I mentioned above is:
CALORIES: 1286
TOTAL FAT: 56
SATURATED FAT: 19
CARBOHYDRATES: 129
PROTEIN: 62
According to freetrainers.com suggested nutritional intake for my required diet is a MAXIMUM of:
CALORIES: 3186
FAT: 39
CARBOHYDRATES: 513
PROTEIN: 205
So, if I split one burrito into two for two meals... that gives me plenty of leeway for addtional protein and caloric intake, right?
By ommiting either the cheese or sour cream would reduce the fat by 10gms., so that may be wise.
What kind of input can you give me?
Thanks in advance,

Definitely lose the sour cream!
would it be possible to get low fat cheese?
It's best where possible to get your fat intake from non-animal sources such as fish, nuts, avocadoes/olives etc.
If you are aiming for dietary perfection brown/wild rice is better than white but I know this isn't an option in many restaurants.
Otherwise seems a reasonable choice.
