Hi guys I have a rather weak chest.Can u suggest some tips 2 get that bit of XXXtra from my chest workout.Here goes my routine:
Flat bench,inclined bench,pec deck,dumbell flyes,pull overs(sometimes).

I want a ripped chest.Plssss help me out 2 get that round effect

If you want to focus on pure size, I would ditch the pec dec and DB flyes. Stick with the basic movements, and keep it as heavy as you can go. I would also recommend dips for the chest, those are great for strength developement. Good luck.

I personally think pullovers are not an essential excercise but many would disagree with that, and they may be right:) But I would do more bench and dips and less fly flys and pec deck.

what are you guys talking about ditch the flyes. flyes are an important workout for the chest. personaly,when its my chest day i bench,flye and incline flye,dips and pullovers then i give my chest a weeks rest and do it all over again.

Flyes simply do not allow for maximum overload for the chest, and after all, a "chiseled" chest comes from low bodyfat levels.
