1 scoop chocolate whey protien
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3-4 packets splenda
3 tbsp milk or water
*2-3 tbsp Walden Farms calorie free chocolate fudge/syrup(you can get this at health food stores)*optional*
1-2 tbsp of fatfree/sugarfree chocolate pudding mix
-mix together for a brownie batter like consistency. microwave 30 seconds.
