Just getting back into the swing of things after suffering from the "new boyfriend syndrome" for several months. I was an avid gym goer (4-5 days per week, was down to 18% body fat)but now have gained 20lbs (I know I know for shame).
I'm looking for a good "start again" full body circuit training program. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well I think most of the programs here prescribe a pretty good overall workout. They're quite good at making sure nothing is overlooked. Check out the "Weight Loss & Definition Training" program. Good luck!
