Has anyone used CLA for an extended period of time? If so I'd like to know the results you are getting. I just started using it this week. I was also taking xenedrene but I have seen or felt no difference in three months using it so I quite. I was thinking of going back to ripped fuel or hydroxycut. Should I use CLA with either of these products?

From what I have heard here, if I understand it right, CLA won't help you lose fat, but it will help you from gaining fat. I think someone said it is best used during a gaining cycle.

azredhead57, this is exactly true. Its claim to fame is its ability to (being unscientific here), block the transport of fat to be deposited, therefore not allowing current fat cells to become larger. This is very useful when trying to gain. When dieting, you are most probably not taking in the amounts of calories that would cause fat deposits, so it would not be very useful in this instance. It is not a fat burner contrary to what the media would have you believe in the name of sales. Healthy fat though.
