does CLA or Pyruvate actually work when it comes to losing fat? or no? had anyone ever used it and what were your results

I think you will find CLA would be better utilized on a gaining cycle. CLA interferes with a substance in your body called lipoprotein lipase that helps store fat in your body. Therefore if you are taking in excess calories, it will help to block the existing fat cells from becoming larger. Its one function that may help trying to lose weight is it may help use stored bodyfat for fuel rather than lean tissue, but this is iffy at best. It really does help on a bulk.

Yeah I ran out of CLA (and don't forget to get Tonalin CLA, jsom85) and gained more than I wanted over the past six weeks; I should be 192 right now but I'm 200; 15% bf.
