Just curious. My body fat is ~10%, and I'm trying to kick out 2 0r 3%. Will this help? My diet is pretty solid (in my humble opinion).

With a solid diet, CLA is pretty effective in flushing out fat. Try to combine CLA with carnitine for added effect. Not a miracle worker, but effective.

CLA is not a fat burner. A good doseage is 6 gr. per day, divided equally 2 gr. each with 3 meals, prefferably carb meals or it may be oxidized. Studies have shown that CLA inhibits lipoprotein lipase, an enzyme that breaks down fat from our diet so that it can be absorbed and stored in the body. By suppressing this enzyme, CLA helps reduce the amount of fat deposited and stored throughout the body. I believe it is a worthwhile supplement.
