Has anyone out there used CLA1000? I was wondering if it did what it is advertised to do.

CLA is not a fat burner like hydoxycut or xenedrine. It is a much more subtle effect on metabolizing fats and proteins. CLA stimulates the retention of muscle and reduction of bodyfat simultaneously(so the research says). Supposedly works best if you are already pretty lean. CLA supposedly possesses potent nutrient partioning effects that shift metabolic pathways toward muscle growth and fat metabolism. It is a naturally occuring, unsaturated fatty acid. Linoleic acid is one of the 2 essential fatty acids thatthe body cannot make, it must be obtained from food. There was some good studies done with the Tonalin brand. May want to do a search and read about them.
