Has anyone heard of it? I went to GNC and they recommended it to help me lose some weight. They said it
* Encourages decreases in body fat
* Supports increases in lean body mass
* Sustains healthy inflammation response
* Enhances immune function
* Offers antioxidant protection
* Inhibits cancer formation and growth
* Treats some types of diabetes
* Prevents and treats artherosclerosis
Was wondering if there are ny bad effects? Or if it is an okay drug to take.
I would recommend CLA on a bulk....it would be much more useful. There are other EFA's much less expensive that would benefit you more on a diet.
CLA is hyped as a fat burner so to speak, it is not. (lipoprotein lipase) is the enzyme that transfers triglycerides from the blood into the adipocytes for storage. Studies have shown that CLA decreases the activity of LPL, which means less fat gets stored overall. Thus, would hypothetically allow one to eat more food with less fat storage.
