Clen is a drug that was originally designed to treat asthma patients with difficulting breathing, similiar to the function of Albuterol, by dialating the smooth muscle tissue around the trachea. It is quite popular with bodybuilders, etc., because of the reported rapid fat loss along with gain in muscle mass. However, many severe problems have been reported with the use of Clen, and the FDA has since banned the use of it completely, even by asthma patients.
It may sound like typical ephedrine use with the symptoms of tremors, restlessness, etc., but the scale is completely different: Tachycardia of 150+ beats/minute; rise in blood pressure; massive elevation of intracranial pressure; rupturing of blood vessels (i.e. eyes and skin). And there are many more. Plus, we're also talking about up to a 36 hour half life for these symtoms...much more than other stims. And as far as the rare users that have seen an increase in muscle mass, roughly only a 10% increase in more than 4 months of use. but this also includes an increase in cardiac tissue - not good.
As you can see, the side effects far outweigh the "benefits." Even most anabolic steroids are still allowed by the FDA for legal use for medical purposes. Clen has been pulled completely. And there are many other supplements that one can use to assist in fat loss. Or, just do it the old fashioned way: eat right and bust your ass in the gym...

Your partner is passed out.
