Hey I was just wondering , I am a skinny guy ... thanks to genes not lack of eating, or being un healthy ... I would like to gain both mass and built. With an overly fast metabolism...this has been difficult , protein , citogainer, isopure ... Yea is there any other way?... too look more normal ( bigger legs, arms, butt, face ) ...

The best thing you could do is hit the squat cage. Next, dead lifts, bench press, and pull ups. These 4 exercises will help you grow your scrawny build. PS-hit it HARD

Concentrate on the compound lifts, and eat as much and as cleanly as possible. Only use the weight gainer shakes as a means of keeping your calories up, and only when necessary.
