I'm new to this website. I have run for a long time (10's and halfs) and over the last year I have noticed that when I do squats (and sometime lunges) my hamstring tendon (or possibly my IT band) clicks over my tibial crest. If it happens once or twice there is no trouble but if I continue it gets inflammed.
I have tried to use my roller (white foam) to stretch out my IT band but it doesn't seem to work. What can I do?
