I decided to try something this week and want to know what you guys think. I usually do cardio on Wed evening and then do legs on Thurs. This week I skipped the cardio to see if i would make a difference. I got through all my BB squats without any help and did sets of 15-12-10 instead of 12-10-8 on my leg presses with no problems and then upped my last set of ext to 130# and got 6 good reps in. Now was it skipping the cardio, psychological, or coincidence? I actually had sore legs that evening too, which I usually don't until the next day. Felt sooooo good...lol. Whaddaya think?

I found that doing cardio around leg time does decrease my sets and weight as well azredhead, that's why I do legs on Monday, after my 2 day off weekend, then I do light cardio tues to loosen them back, so I'll have to say it was skipping the cardio.

Yeah, your legs were nice and fresh for the workout... you may want to change yor cardio schedule!
