I just finshed my two 8 weeks program. I seen some say take a rest for a week, but due to my job, I have to take one week of rest of weights due to schedule. I was wondering do I continue on the current workout or try something else like the lean muscle mass.

Remember that rest is when muscle grows. That being said, after your rest week, if you still have the same goal , repeat your plan. You may want to try intermediate or advanced if you are ready. The plan you select is purely dependent on your goals and eventually they will change.
