today i was at school and got to talking about working out with someone. this leads to him saying that the body can only use 19 grams of protein in one "sitting". i argued that if it did then the high protein diets of bodybuilders were pointless. the average eats 6 meals a day, 6X19 is not a lot. can the body only use 19 grams of protein per sitting?
also, i was working out today and some people i know told me to use lesser weight on db bench. they said that you should only use really heavy weight on bb bench and just do more reps on db bench. is this true?
(i did 65x6, 55x7, 50x8, 55xF)
well if that were the case about proteinI and alot of other people (on here and in the world) would be eating like 9 times a day! No, No way! If that person is a trainer they should have they should be decertified, and need to get educated.
Obviously we have to use lesser weight then the bbell on the bench. But, reps should be the same.
keep up the good hard work.
Over n out.
