Anyone in here play with this??? After I get back to regular lifting, I am thinking about messing with this and seeing what kind of results it gives me. Since they are very easy on muscle fibers, I was thinking they could be used as "extra" workouts. I was thinking of using a spotter on the upper body exercises, and using power cleans as my lower body exercise, since there is no eccentric portion. I was thinking ab doing it as One full body session. What do you guys think???
