Hot sauce as you mentioned, most any dry seasonings are great, look for anything that is very low or even 0 calories for flavorings. I use salsa alot too. Onions and mushrooms are basically free foods, and if you like them, you can pretty much grill onions with anything.

Condiments: What to Enjoy and Avoid
When adding condiments to your favorite foods, beware of hidden carbs. Ketchup, for example, is loaded with sugar, and so are some salsas and steak sauces. Read labels carefully, and consider this list of condiments to avoid and enjoy:
Enjoy:
Mustard
Horseradish sauce
Lettuce
Pickles
Onions
Avoid:
Ketchup
Cocktail sauce
Use sparingly (check labels for added sugar):
Salsa
Hot sauce
Soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Steak sauce
Mayonnaise (regular or low-fat)
Homemade pico de gallo is one of my favorite condiments!

Pico De Gallo
Here is a great way to liven up your low fat burgers and chicken breasts, fish or even shrimp - It is fresh and tasty!
2 medium tomatoes, mine weighed 4.5 oz each, about two cups
½ a large onion, 4oz, about ¾ c
1 jalapeno pepper, 1 oz, seeds removed
1 medium lime, mine was about 4.5oz
½ bunch of cilantro (1 cup when chopped)
Dice the tomatoes, onion and jalapeno into small cubes. Chop the cilantro. Place in a medium bowl. Roll the lime around while pressing down on it, then cut in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl with the other ingredients.
This made about 3 cups.

It is even better if you cover it and let it meld together in the fridge overnight!
You can top just about anything with it, try it on burgers!
