Hey guys i;m really confused now... im 19 years old im 6.3 230 pounds.. ive been palying football for a while and lifting weights every now and then but ive been really hitting the gym hard for about 5 months.. and i see some good results i didnt know anything about bodybuilding until i met this guy that has been working out forever professionally. anways when i started working out and eating right whcih was like almost 3 months i dropped from 245 do 228,227 ... and im currently using whey protein, taraxatone, and glutamine.. and all i eat monday thru thursday is chicken,rice,tuna. friday is my junk food day..this is my plan how i workout
monday- shoulders, biceps
tuesday- back, chest
wednesday- legs, triceps, abs sometimes
thursday - off
friday- chest, cardio
saturday- shoulders, biceps
now should i continue this does this look good i dont wanna lose alot much more weight.. i just wanna get a nice stomach and be buff .. please help me

That doesn't look too bad, just make sure you aren't overtraining yourself. If you are training intensely you could start suffering from overtraining. Just watch the symptoms and if it has been working for you, stick to it. Good luck!!!

Are your shoulders and biceps rested enough from Saturday to Monday? That seems like an awfully short rest period. Since you don't have a profile I am assuming that you are male, since you are concentrating on the typical chest, shoulders, biceps....lol.

lol, upps well i think i should create a profile yes i'm a male well when i do shoulders the second time i dont do them that hard like i do them monday like saturdays ill probbaly do 3 exercises and 3 exercises for biceps.. or ill just do biceps and cardio sometimes i just do cardio

Are you changing your routine once in a while? Different exercises or mix up the order/split? Change seems to be what keeps 'em growin'.
