Ok, so I am trying to lose weight but this program analysis has told me that I need to consume at least 3,00 calories in order to lose weight? Does this sound a little off to anyone? I personally think that 3,000 calories a day is extreme. Any suggestions?

Your profile and your post doesn't say what your current stats are so there's no way anyone can answer your question.

the calorie count on this site is a little high and doesn't take into account your current caloric intake, which is an important part of the equation.

Do a fit buddy search (bottom of the screen) with the key words how many calories and see what you fiond, i will try to find some posts and bump them up for you as well.

Also look in the faqs forum, this may be posted there, if it isn't i will post it later today.:)

Dont spend your precious time asking \\"Why isnt the world a better place?\\" It will only be time wasted. The question to ask is \\"How can I make it better?\\" To that there is an answer.
