i have been working out for a month now and just found this site. i have been running a mile walking 2 miles and riding the bike for 4 miles (20 min on bike 45 min of treadmill) i am confused? I hear so many diff. storys about what will work and thats not working and you need to do this and not do that! So from women that have been working out that have had c-sections please help!! i have that terrible lower tummy fat i want to get rid of. and i want to tone up what do you do?!?!? :dumbbell:
Your diet will be the biggest factor in fat loss. You may also want to add some strength training...it will boost yourmetabolism and create a shaplier look than just trying to run off weight.
Give a look at the WSSC Challenge thread for vamshammi(look up WSSC in fit buddy) there is a good fat loss diet and workout routine there.
