Im confused about the Nutrition Plan provided. How do you use it? Do you have to record the amount of calories, protein, etc etc? Help would be very appreciated!
All you do is just enter what foods you eat and how much, and it calculates the calories, fat, etc. that you ate. There's tons of food in the database that you can choose from, but suffice it to say not everything you eat will be in the database. So, while it isn't perfect, it sure enlightens you to know roughly how much nutrients and such you are getting.
