confused as to where i start??help me!!

im a 20 year old female and i weigh around 75kg. i have never worked out before..i have no access to a gym and would like some tips on good excercies i can do at home or at the park in od=rder to bring my weight down...what can i do??:love:

Now the reason i suggest this is because EVERYTHING almost is done without weights OR any kind of item, just body! So even IF you cant do exactly what she does modify it! you WILL see a differance in about 3 months IF YOU DO IT! and remember losing weight & getting fit IS 70% OF DIET!!!!
You dont need a gym to workout!

jump rope --- intervals---
try to jump 100 times,
crunches
jump 100 times
squats
jump
push ups
AND SO ON!!
