When I do a set, do I immediately go to the next set? Like let's say I'm doing a set of 15 squats. Next on my plan it says to do another set of 15 squats. Do I do them immediately after one another? I'm a little confused here. Can someone please fill me in?

You want to do your sets with a break between each set.
The amount of time you take between each set varies on the effect you are reaching for like toning or building mass.
You will find all kinds of info here just ask or use the search buddy. Also fill out your profile for better results.
Welcome and good luck.

Give yourself anywhere from 45 secs to 2 mins depending on the weight you are trying to lift (how hard you pushed yourself on the set).

I stick to 1 min between sets. It seems to work well for me.
