Ive been trying for weeks to lose some weight and flatten out this tummy. Since I got an office job and i sit all day ive noticed myself getting bigger. When i exercise after about 15 min. i am tuckered out. And im not sure on what to eat also. Like should i just eat veggies alday and a body bar and take my vitamins or ...?
Also,Ive heard that drink lots of water helps but i just cant see how.

Hi there and welcome.
Water helps to fill up your tummy so you feel less hungry but it also makes your entire body works better (including weight loss).
About what to eat; please do a search and you'll find tons of absolutely great posts about people being in the same case as you, and you'll find all the needed tips and information.

Just some ideas for you, I too used to work a desk job and noticed some xtra pounds creep on. On your breaks, instead of heading to a vending machine or going and sitting down in the break room <if you have one> go for a walk, around the building, around the parking lot, up and down some stairs. . . get moving during the day, that extra 5-10 minutes of movement a few times a day can make a HUGE difference. Keep Fat Free Pretzels at your desk, or snack size bags of carrots to munch on during the day.
