I am 17 years old, and weighed in at my ideal weight last year, but now, since working out I have gained weight. I do cardio for about 60-90 minutes and weight train about 5-6 days a week. I have started to bulk-up, which I don't want. I try to eat about 1800 calories a day. How can I lose weight without bulking up? I am just getting bigger and bigger but if I work out less, I gain weight! What do I do??

Well, if you are "bulking up", and it is not muscle, then logic will tell you it may be your diet. Even though you may only be eating 1800 calories per day, it depends on the calories. Not all calories are created equal. Take a look here first. If you are just gaining muscle that easily, I know lots of people who would love to have your problem!
