I just started taking creatine and im getting conflicting advise im trying to figure out if grape juice is best to take with it But i heard you should not take orange juice with creatine because of the citrus acid Arggg grape juice does have citrus acid!!!!!what do i do plz help

On the loading phase, you need only take it with water. Grape juice is good for that blood sugar rise post training.
