I began exercising, cardio and weights, in July and since then I am CONSTANTLY hungry. All I do is eat. I also end up eating alot of junk foods like tastycakes etc. I work out 60 min a day 3 to 4 times a week. I can literally eat a full meal and still be hungry for something else.
I don't know what to do! Any advice?:(

More fiber, more water, more breakfast... give us a typical days meal plan... and fill out your profile, we don't know anything about you, how can we possibly advise you?

Nurture your mind with great thoughts, for you will never go any higher than you think.
dawn...I had this problem in the begining as well. One thing I did was slowed down when I ate. It takes time for the food to reach your stomach and your stomach to tell your brain and your brain to tell you that you're not hungry anymore. Think it's like 15-20 minutes. So try to slow it down and/or wait a little after your eat to see if you're still hungry.
Also make sure you're eating enough. You need to determine your caloric requirements and then go a few hundred below that to start.
