I have been alright as far as my workouts and nutrition have been concerned.
I am actually surprised how easily i have made gains considering how hard it was when I was training from 15-21 years of age.
Now that I am a little further along, I always tend to re-evaluate evrything.
I went through my nutrition and am always aiming somewhere towards 4000 calories.
In my counting of calories I am confused mostly with the pastas, oatmeals and rice.
It does not say on the packages wether they are measuring dry foods or after thay are cooked.
An example is my oatmeal; it says 1 cup is 320 calories. After it is cooked it more like 2 cups.
Am I consuming 320 calories or 640 calories?
It's the same for pastas and rice.

servings usually are specified on the package of what your eating, if its measured cooked or uncooked.

Typically, I measure pasta and rice cooked, and Oatmeal measured uncooked. I think you will find the same.
