Describe the pain.
Excessive pain is usually bad, but a burning sensation is a good thing.

Definitely depends on what kind of pain; I had that problem for awhile beause my abs were stronger than my lower back, caused pain in both. Are you stretching first?

Well for example when i start doing my 30 push ups and 30 sits up with 4reps with each one i can feel that by the time that i switch to etheir the push up or sit up i can feel this pain around my stomache area (Like on top of the abs). When i do my push ups when i lower myself i feel the pain like multiple and when i release the push up i still feel the pain but it does not multiple or amplify any worst. When i do my sit up after the push up i feel my stomache (I think above the abs area) in pain when i get ready to crunch in but when i release my back towards the ground that pain is completely gone untill i do another sit up.
This completely effected me! Like i could have done 30 plus push up with 4 reps no problem before, now i struggle because i feel this tremendous pain in my stomache area.
Anyone got any idea what is up?
Thanks for the fast rpelys!
