I am 24 years old and have had two children. My youngest just turned a year old and I have still not lost my weight. I was always a size 5 or 6 in high school and I would like to get back to that. Right now, I am at 170 lbs. and I am about 5'7.5". I wear between sizes 10 and 12 and I hate it. I am not huge but I need so much work. All of my diets have been a monthly thing and then I just give up. I have been on a pretty good roll for awhile and have been consistent, but I was just wondering if anyone has any advice. Also, I have just started to barely get some celulite on my legs, but it is there. Will cardio and weight training remedy this? Also, does anyone know if there are any real remedies for stretch marks? Thanks.
