Do a quick search with fit buddy (at bottom of each page)... there has been lots of discussion about cottage cheese...

Blueberries... any fruit, really... tons of ideas...

I blend it up with a banana, oatmeal, blueberries, peanut butter and milk... great breakfast....

I usually eat it all by itself, but sometimes I add it to my oatmeal. It alright actually. Another good idea would be adding it with chopped egg whites for added protein. I've never tried it myself, but I'm sure it'll taste pretty good.

Add it to your oatmeal? Bleh! I tried that once before and it just didn't suit me, but to each their own.

I usually just have it plain or with black pepper.
