I have been buying the cottage cheese with Pineapple, and I like to eat it before bed as a snack. Is it good to eat it with pineapple, But I noticed the high sugar content from the pineapple. Is this no good for night snack? or anytime snack? Should I just go with plain cottage cheese?
I have a tub each day when I need carb/protein mix; usually PWO. It hasn't done me any harm. I tend not to eat much in the way of sugars (fruits etc) after midday, so I wouldn't recommend it before bed.
Ummm cottage cheese and pineapple is sooo good! You can buy the pineapples separate and then non-fat or low-fat cottage cheese and mix it up. It will contain less sugars.
