The nutrition center here will give you a good approximation of your calories, protein, and carbs intakes. It uses some common calculations, which take into account your weight, metabolism, and training/dietary goals. In early-mid February, you will also have the option of entering your meals every day and being "advised" by the system as to how close you were to your target goals - that will be very useful in understanding foods better - what's good, and what's bad.
